DIET AND EXERCISE

Diet:

You do not have to change your diet; the product will do that for you by decreasing your appetite and cutting your cravings. 

Some find that they feel better and lose faster by eating a high protein, low carb diet that incorporates healthy fats. It does not mean that you will not lose if you don't eat healthy, but the product helps you to make better choices so why not choose to eat healthier. 

Any sugars, sodas and starches will lessen your results, so it is all up to you and the results you are looking for.

If you are not losing and you feel that you should because you’re not eating that much, please keep a log of what you are eating for a couple of days. You need to be eating at least 1000-1200 healthy calories per day. If you are not eating enough you will not lose!! Your body needs the protein to know
what to do with the fat.

Exercise:

The product will give you more energy so will naturally be moving around more, cardio is always good, and TruVision Health promotes that we should be more active. 

Heavy exercise and weight training to build muscle is not necessary and can be counteractive until you are closer to your goal weight. The reason behind this: when you are in fat burning mode, your body gets into the groove and knows what it is supposed to do, if you are exercising to build muscle it can get confused as to should it be burning fat or building muscle. So, if you are wanting to use weights stick with light weights for toning until you are within 5-10 lbs of your goal weight.

And remember, everyone is different if something does not seem to be working for you, change it up until you find what works for you.
